Yes, its not inzektors, so it sucks, right? Well, this is just a fun deck. Im not using it for competitive play, but still help would be nice.

Boy, I'd take any casual deck over Inzektors every day.

I've seen Penguin decks running Rescue Rabbit alongside other (level 3?) vanilla Penguin, that might help with consistency.

Flying penguin is the only vanilla, and i think big emp penguin is better. ALO lets me normal summon it with out a tribute.
