Normal monsters gain effects!

You got it all wrong,it suppose to be normal monsters who gains an effect.Not like gemeni monsters.

For example:

Dark Magician effect: Once per turn,you can discard one spell card from your hand to special summon a 1 level 4 or less spellcaster type from your hand or graveyard.

Pretty much giving a normal monster an effect.

Well, at any rate, I would work on your Official Card Grammar. Interesting idea, though.
