Galkin
If you control at least 2 Spell or Trap Cards, when your opponent activates a Spell Card, Trap Card or Effect Monster's effect: the effect of that card becomes "Destroy all Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls, then send this card to the Graveyard if possible".
Excellent way of setting off those "Dark Coffins" or "Wild Tornado" and some "Security Orb" if you feel like running that card. Maybe a Snow Sniper or two...
Wyvernstorm
Quite OP'ed i think, this card's effect is pretty easy to be activated, while the effect itself is quite destructive, just like a forbidden card "Harpy Feather's Duster"

If Galkin wants it to be like that he would have to change its wording. This is due to the fact that according to this card, your opponents card effect will be "Destroy all Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls, then send this card to the Graveyard if possible". According to the wording your opponents opponent(the player of this card) will get his spells and traps destroyed and only lose one card.
