Zextra
This is just an idea I came up with a while ago, and at the time, I wasn't quite sure what I was thinking. Anyway, I don't know if being able to reuse your Caius and Raizas is a good idea, but for what it's worth: Lore: 2 Level 6 monsters The Special Summon of a "Monarch" monster is treated as a Tribute Summon. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 1 "Monarch" monster from your Graveyard or banished zone. Oh, and by the way, I hate using the phrase "banished zone" since it's improper, so I apologize for that - I was just stumped on how to word the effect without turning it into two separate effects. Image Credit goes to Daemon.
Galkin
Could swear I've seen this card posted before... Uhh...nice effect, would help Monarchs a ton, but the requirement of 2 level 6 hurts it a bit, although there is Illusion Snatch to help.
DARKPLANT RISING
This is damn overpowered. Namely because of Illusionsnatch. This can allow you to use Raiza's eff twice in the same turn, which is pretty much the same thing as instant victory. Constellar Ptolemys Messier 7 exists, so you should try support from a different angle.
Galkin
Still, to do that you would need to have summoned another Monarch. You can't activate effects knowing there is nothing to resolve it with, even if activating the effect would put something to resolve. Anyways, I don't know much about the power of Monarchs, save Caius is awesome. Would bump Monarchs up a tier.

Thanks for pointing that out.
Love of Ghibli
First sentence alone is enough. Now Monster Reborn and Call (not that you would use call) give monarchs their effects which is more than enough to make them up a tier.

I still do want an additional detaching effect, though. Would "Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy 1 card on the field" work, or is even that stretching it?
I would say detach to add an additional normal summon to the turn. That way his effect tips on the border between useful and useless. And personally I think the first sentence should have as long as this card has material clause. Because Monster reborn and Call (Don't know why I keep mentioning this card) are the only cards I can think of that you would really use to special summon monarchs but I feel that there is more. Well MacroMonarchs could have this on the field and do Return from the different Dimension late game and that would be sweet with this card lol
