"Recycle Bin Restore": It recycles Spells/Traps; what more could you possibly want?

Spell/Trap recycling cards aren't terribly common compared to Monster recycling cards (at least from what I've seen) so I figured I'd make a card to fill that void. I designed this card to be as simple as possible; it's essentially a Spell/Trap version of "Monster Reincarnation", with a couple of restricting clauses so it can't give you a free shot with, for example, an old "Mystical Space Typhoon" or "Stardust Road", or recycle itself.

Incidentally, I used a screen-capture program to get the pic; see how many cards you can recognize. I might give you a like if you get enough of them.

SPELL
Discard 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard. Add 1 Spell or Trap Card (except "Recycle Bin Restore") from the Graveyard to your hand. You cannot activate or Set that card during the turn this card was activated.

MST - Monster Reincarnation - Bottomless - Goblin's Secret Remedy - Scrap-Iron Scarecrow - Unity - Final Countdown...I can't read more without glasses. The card is, like 7swords said, a weaker card, but it has some uses for limited traps, such as Mirror, or even return a Starlight Road if you want.

Thanks. That's more of what I had in mind; instead of getting out MSTs or simple stuff, it can get out the Limited or Semi-Limited heavy hitters. I was unaware of "Magical Stone Excavation"; thanks, 7swords.

Dem virus bombs. This card is entirely balanced. Unlike Magical Stone Excavation, you can't use this for a FTK. But it would require that your opponent verify each card you Set that turn.

Thanks. I can't think of a way to FTK with Magical Stone Excavation though; which did you have in mind? I'm just curious.
