Xi-3
"Casshern: the Destroyer's" effect negates "T.O.M. 2's" effect. I just thought you would like to know. You should also do something about "Casshern: the Unkillable's" non-existent ATK and DEF, because even though he cannot be destroyed by battle or by any card's effect, you still take damage to your Life Points, worth the ATK of the attacking monster. You also still need a Tuner for "T.O.M. 2."

Nu-Mou Knight
First off, don't post fixes in new posts. You can post that you've added or fixed cards, but Edit them into the first post.
The first part can be shortened to "This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects." You have to remember that effects that return to the hand, effects that state that they send to the Graveyard, but don't say destroy, and effects that Banish would still take him out. As pointed out by others, you're still taking Battle Damage. You could remove that issue by adding in "You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card." Types need to be written as Machine-Type or Psychic-Type. Summoned needs to be Capitalized. If a card is referencing itself in its effect, it can just say "this card", as in "while this card is on the field." No Machine-Type monsters at all seems like a bit too much for a Level 6. Effect monsters don't have lore, or "flavor text" as you might call it. It looks very bad. Also, don't use exclamation marks, they too look very bad. Synchro Summon should be capitalized, but saying what could be implied by T.O.M. 2 is just plain silly. If she doesn't have an effect of her own, she's not an effect monster. Also, I think you put a space before Sara's name. Look at any Synchro monster. Ever. You look really bad when you don't even make it look remotely like an actual Synchro. The actual effect is a very roundabout way of saying "Machine-Type monsters on the field gain 1000 ATK while this card is face-up on the field." That's assuming you want to affect your opponent's monsters as well as your own.
I'm giving you a 3/10 for these. Please fix these, it could be very nice if you put some work into it. Jdrawer
The first line of Tom's text box should say: "Sara" + 1 non-Tuner Machine-type monster. With the way tuners work, you'd have to use a level 1 to get Tom, which is hard to do. I hope this helps!
