Pokemon - My First Set [30/???]

Hello! I'm new to the general forum experience, so forgive any basic errors I may make.
I am starting a set of Pokemon-related cards that doesn't necessarily follow the true game's rules, so if you want to give any constructive criticism don't focus on the incorrect types! >.<

I will try to use information from the games to decide things such as PokeDex defenitions for Normal Monsters and using their stats to balance ATK and DEF accordingly.

These actually look pretty good, overall. Naming them each with LVs is a bit unnecessary, but if you like it, it works fine. Fake Types ARE allowed here, but from a dueling standpoint, you're on your own as far as supporting them. It does help with accuracy though, and I take it you're not going for a very playable set. Oh, and just so you know, "the Deck is then shuffled" is implied in any effect that causes you to search you Deck. You don't have to add that into the effect.

Notes on individual cards:
Surskit's effect would be nice, if it were itself of any real use. As it's only an 800 ATK monster, you could consider giving it an effect to attack directly, or to add another low-level monster to your hand when it is returned by the effect.

"Weather" Fields: Just saying "destroyed in 5 turns" is too vague. Does that count both player's turns, just the owner's turn, what?

Where are Silcoon and Cascoon?

Vaporeon's missing a "the" in its last effect.

Metapod's effect is kind of useless. As is, you'd have a monster with only 1500 DEF, realistically. Especially since you're losing Caterpie to use it, you could raise the original DEF to at least 2000. Or, you could give him some sort of immunity to Q-P Spells or low-level monster effects.

The starters are all very weak for their Levels. Level 5s with 1400 ATK? I can pull out an average Level 4 and beat its ass in. That's especially sad when you're Tribbing something you had to Normal Summon. Their effects are all so very plain, as well, and won't have any effect unless you're ALSO playing someone with a Pokemon deck. It also doesn't make any Poke-sense, since Fire is normally NFE against Fire, not powered up by it. I think you were thinking of Flash Fire when you thought that up.

Your OCG is pretty good, overall. The effects are, for the most part, able to be understood (excluding the Weathers I posted about), so you pass there. I'd give you a 5/10 for these, which is pretty good for a beginner.

I find it odd that our Weedle, Sunny Day, and Rain Dance cards have the same images. Some of the monsters, especially the LV 36s, I feel are UP, yet I feel the LV 3s are OP. perhaps make the LV 3s 300 ATK? But with Metapod, it should have at least 2000 DEF. And you should definitely make Kyogre and Groudon stronger. They can easily be defeated by the final starters, but they're LV 45 and are hard to pull out. I hope this guide works.
