This seems like this is going to be instantly limited/banned if it gets into OCG considering it's just basically a nullifying beast, does it possibly mean that it could cause damage considering if you negate any number past it's point it clearly goes back words so for example 2000 ATK, Spec Summon LVL 4 Herald then it's 2000 Damage back at them? Or am I just being a complete retard and not understanding TCG at all? :L

No.

It just reduces damage. If its going to reduce more than there is it will just stop at 0. There's nothing that suggests damage reversal.

Swarms Heraldry Beasts, which is good. Think it will be released to do that, which is no good since it has to do it during damage calculation and isn't chainable. Can't see it keeping the end the battle phase part though.

Well no, maybe it will actually given undersupported archtype. I dunno, I think it will come out for sure, maybe as a damage condenser effect after battle then ends the battle phase or negating attacks entirely. Would be pretty awesome, but would prefer a proper swarmer that can be activated in responser to MST. It's okay if not amazing.

Seems you know a lot about yourself, 'cause this is mediocre at best.

Anyhow, I sorta like Tron for not being a primal antagonist who spams random and hideously overpowered cards all over the place, and instead uses something actually balanced.
