If this card is Summoned or flipped face-up, except by its own effect: Its original ATK is treated as 0. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) while you control 2 or more face-up Dragon-Type monsters. When this card is Special Summoned this way: Send all other Dragon-Type monsters on the field to the Graveyard and this card's original ATK becomes equal to the number of monsters sent this way x 1000. If this Normal Summoned card leaves the field: Target 1 face-up card on the field; destroy that target.
Just something random I came up with, but I think it's a decent card. It's an interesting way for Dragons to have another powerhouse, but it comes at a cost. Of course, in a Dragon Mirror Match, it'd be good as well, because it clears the field completely (for the most part).

Plus, if you don't want to go that route, you can always Normal Summon it, with 0 ATK, and then just use the popping effect.

For the part that adds attack to him by sending Dragons to the grave, get rid of original and just have ATK, so it doesn't conflict with the first effect.

I did it this way on purpose, to prevent it being searched from the Deck or anything like that.

I like the idea and effect of the card but I have a question about the name of the card: The second and third words are in German, 'Zerstörung', which is destruction and 'Drache' is dragon, why is 'bursting' not in German? Not picking or anything just general curiosity.

Well, because the name sounded really generic, I figured I'd make the name German just to spice it up a bit. However, I don't know much German so I used a translator, and that's what it gave me. I tried a few other things as well, but this is the one that sounded the best. That said, I'm not sure what "Bursting" is in German, so I just went with what they gave me.
