I'm not sure who you are, but you seem extremely familiar. Especially with that signature. o.o;

Anyway, the card is broken, sadly. It tutors all Blackwings [i]and[/i] adds the support card to your hand making for a 10x more powerful version of HERO Signal. It's brilliant in concept, but the way you went about it, it's too many pluses for very minimal effort.

The picture is cool and I like how you did the twist (I'm assuming you edited HERO Signal or Destiny Signal) by adding the birds or whatever. Nicely done, just, way too good.

The card is supposed to be broken. Blackwings aren't very popular nowadays, so this card would encourage the deck's popularity. It's a trick Konami does a lot. Like with Neo-Spacians. They give you Miracle Contact, and it is broken as hell. Anyway, You seem familiar as well, but I have no clue who you are, Haha

Miracle Contact is good, but I wouldn't say it's broken; if anything it's more comparable to Miracle Fusion, but Miracle Fusion is better because it banishes, and Decks can make better use of the banished zone than the Deck, for the most part. Still, even if it did encourage the Deck's popularity, it would become a problem at anything other than 0; especially if it was @ 3.

Hmm... well Miracle Contact is like a recyclable Contact Fusion. Air Neos OTK benefits majorly from this. Future Fusion -> Miracle Contact = Instant Neos. Plus, you benefit by being able to reuse the cards in deck. Air Neos + Wall of Revealing Light + MegaMorph = Game.

Since you obviously can only use one of this card, it's middling. You can Special Summon anything, but for consistency's sake it better be Kogarashi or Zephyros.

By the way...Are there [i]any[/i] "Blackwing" Spell Cards?

I was considering making one, because they don't exist, so there will be. This card isn't designed for +2. The spell will be underpowered, such as Tribute a Blackwing and draw 1 card.
