So many of these are just so...they seem so rushed, as though you didn't really put any time or anything into making them. Some of them don't even have effects. And the few that do, have effects that are actually really, really broken.

As Neo Galaxy says, a good number of these are horribly broken. Furhtermore, you neglected to state the stats for the "element tokens", you included the attribute of the cards within the type, and most of these effects seem unexplained, unfinished, and (like Neo Galaxy says) rushed. There are also numerous typos and grammatical errors, and many of these cards' names are so unoriginal that they're borderline cliche. 0/10
