"During your Main Phase 1, you can pay 2000 LP: Target one monster you control that has the highest ATK (if it is a tie, you get to choose); destroy all cards on the field, except the targeted monster. When this card's effect resolves: It is now the End Phase of your turn." Now, onto commenting on the usefulness of the card...It's not worth it, honestly. Pay a quarter of your LP and skip your turn to activate Dark Hole? Sure, the strongest monster you control doesn't get destroyed, but I still don't think sparing one monster is worth skipping your entire turn and paying 2000 LP. I'd say lower the LP cost and just make it so you cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activated it. Also, don't limit it to just your strongest monster. It should let you select any one monster on the field (either yours or your opponent's) and destroy everything else, regardless of ATK values. Also, welcome to the site. It's a bit different than Dharc's, but I could be wrong, so either way. Anyway, I'm surprised, genuinely, about how good you are for a new member. You only have a few posts, but both cards you've posted have been exceptional and balanced. The picture one this one is really good, too.
