And for Damage Daily Number 3, here comes an Exceed Monster!

About the Card: Well, since Photon Bounzer only works on things smaller than himself, I made a card that actually shrinks enemies and starts running over sh*t. In order to balance it out, I made its stats low, so you don't start detaching like crazy.

Yeah, nothing in Photon Strike Bounzer's effect states it has any restrictions other than "once per turn." In fact, it's more versatile, as it requires one less material, inflicts a steady burn, can be applied during the opponent's turn, and the effect is negated permanently, plus it has higher stats. Honestly, this card is far worse than Bounzer in terms of concept. What deck, other than Hieratics, would be able to pull this out consistently? And even then, wouldn't they rather go for Atum or Bounzer and keep one more Hieratic for tribute purposes?

Well, but this effect isn't made to linger, it's more of a Forbidden Chalice that weakens, and it's made so it can run over stuff when you activate the effect. Plus, it starts with 3300 ATK so it is a more than decent beatstick. And even at 2500 with a single material it still runs over a lot of things.

The cost of summoning this thing is too impractical. You wouldn't choose this over the other rank 6's mainly because his effect only works on your turn its far better counterpart Photon Bouncer works on your opponents turn and acts as a disruptive agent of sorts. I mean chaos sorcerer gets rid of this thing which is sad because it was 3 level 6's which is a hefty amount of resources needed.

Yes, but again, what decks would run this, and use it over any other RNK 6 monsters, like Strike Bounzer, Atum, Ptolemys Messier 7, Soldde, Exa-Beetle, and even Focus Force or Sword Breaker, along with keeping room for Gaia Dragoon? In Frognarchs, there are plenty of better options. In Hieratics, it helps to keep out another Dragon for tribute purposes (unless you have Atum and/or REDMD out), and this would take up field space...Honestly, almost every Rank 6 is better, barring Atlanthal. Three materials is just too much.

Again, the effects are too weak, compared to Bounzer. It can only be applied during your turn, and it only negates for one turn.

As is, the effect you've got on it now, doesn't look as though it would be worth investing 2 Level 6's in, never mind 3. It's a well-designed card in that it's not broken, but it has no practical use outside of something casual.[/font]
