Monster Cards affected by this card cannot declare a direct attack.
Above text in quote in case you can't read the card. Anyways, I read about the new Gagagigo card and decided that non-effect monsters needed some support because they are utterly useless without it. So here is a generic Thousand Energy for non-effect Monster Cards.
Synchronized
Hm...it's quite good. I'm trying to figure out how you'd be able to best utilize it. I'm thinking something that spams Normals in some way would be the best option.
Galkin
Hm...Normal Spells aren't quite useful due to the fact they don't have a surprise factor, you can't do much with them if they only increase ATK. Best if it was a Quick-play?
kemren_18
nice card...yet instead of "non-effect"..in OCG they're called normal monsters..but all in all..nice card..simple but not too harsh..8/
Galkin
Are they? There is a difference between Normal Monsters (Vanillas) and non-effects (Anything that doesn't have something classified as an Effect or that is not known as an "Effect Monster Card" [Anything that isn't Vanilla or an Extra Deck monster])
Alpakha
Actually saying non-effect is MUCH more useful than Normal monster, as non-effect monsters in Extra Deck don't count as Normal Monsters (correct me if i'm wrong). Great support for vanilla beat. I like it. Although, as a quick spell, it would see much more plays.
newhat
This is a balanced card. You can use it on a swarm of Tokens, but they can't attack directly so it won't achieve anything. It's not like Normal Monsters are hurting for ATK. did you not notice the quote text is smaller than the card text

Very nice and well-balanced card. I could see its uses.
newhat
[sub][sup]curse you poe's law[/sup][/sub] I'd like this card more if it were Continuous, but I suppose it might be abusable.
Stan Alda
Vanillas, old Fusions and Rituals, Tokens, 1st-turn Geminis...this could give ancient cards a new lease on life, if only as cheap beaters. That said, I've always been opposed to large ATK/DEF gains like that, though; maybe knock it down to 800? I don't think it should have a new cost though; I think the non-Direct Attack clause is good enough for now. It's helpful, but I doubt it would see much use in competitive play. I think it would be fun for an old fart like me that hates the current meta.
