I thought this one is a pretty cool idea. Tell me if OP, because I'm afraid it might be. Rate hate, meditate :)

Text:
When this card is Summoned: Special Summoned 3 "Bird Tokens" on the field (LIGHT Level 2 / 0 ATK/0 DEF). As long as this card is face-up on the field: On each of your Standby Phases: Increase the ATK of each "Bird Token" on your side of the field by 200. When this card is destroyed by an effect activated by your opponent or as a result of battle declared by your opponent: Deal damage to their Life Points or increase your Life Points equal to the combined ATK of all "Bird Tokens" are your side of the field. If any "Bird Tokens" are destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle: Increase the ATK of all "Bird Tokens" on your side of the field by 1000.

Name: It sounds quite like something I'd see on Animal Planet...or whatever that silly channel is that airs Dog Whisperer. Eh, I'll try and stick to reviewing and less-so at making witty remarks. It's good; a bit cheesy, but good.

0.3/0.5

Image: I like it. More specifically because you made it a Fairy as opposed to a Winged Beast, which is interesting despite not necessarily plausible. It's cool and it blends well with the effect, so nicely done.

0.5/0.5

Creativity: I must say, I'm impressed with the creative effects of the cards I've gotten around to reviewing thus far today. It's unique, and I do like how it meshes well with the rest of the card, so that's always a plus. The effect reminds me of Phantom Skyblaster in a way, but the fact that you can do a few different things with the tokens is also a plus.

0.8/1.0

Balance: This is where I might be having issues. Simply put, it's a +3 upon Summon. I'm not sure exactly what you'd do with the tokens once you bring them out, but it makes an instant Brionac with Birdman, and then you can proceed to do the same thing next turn. There are no restrictions on the Tokens and what you can or can't do with them, which means you're easily netting plenty of advantage with this. Not to mention, when a Token gets removed, you can simply replace it by paying a few points. The Life Point damage or healing isn't really relevant because you're more than likely going to use these tokens for Synchro/Tributing, anyway. I'd suggest putting restrictions of some sort on what you can do, because as is, it's too good.

0.7/1.5

Overall: I like the design of the card and how well everything synergizes, I do. What I don't like, is how this card would work well as a tech in pretty much anything. As a topdeck, it provides you with four monsters, which could at the very least stall for a turn or two until you can set-up something better. Plus, it's very searchable and allows for all sorts of crazy combos while also being a LIGHT monster meaning Chaos Decks could utilize it as well. It's just too versatile to be good design, in my opinion.

Like I said, the fact that you can do as much with it as you can, and the pluses it generates is just too good for my liking. Putting restrictions on the Tokens would easily make the Letter Grade go up by one, if not more.

Wow, thanks for the very legit review, you never get those these days. I just barely convinced myself to even make it possible to restore the tokens. I think I'll change it so that you can't restore them at all.

Edit done.
