[b]About the Card:[/b] I made this card like any other Monarch, but didn't make him a monarch so I don't meddle with the 8 kings from the bible theme (but still, a monarch is a king). And this is a direct support for Frognarchs, protecting Roanintoadin and Treeborn Frogs from battle destruction.
