Ocg (Official Card Grammar) is almost perfect (face-up & hand shouldn't be capitalized), the effect is balanced and helpful, picture is great, 10/10. Amazing for a first card. Now for a review. [b]Name[/b]: Can't really criticize it much. Sure it's not the best name in the world, but it's hardly generic and it seems to work with the rest of the card so I'll give it an okay. It could be better, but given that this is your first card, I'm impressed from the get-go. [b]0.4/0.5[/b] [b]Image[/b]: A common error I encounter when it comes to reviewing the cards of newer members is that the image is either overused, or is covered with writing and/or so sloppy that it just makes the entire card look low-quality and bad. This card is an example of that [i]not[/i] being the case. This is the first time I've seen this image and since it seems to work with the card as a whole, I have no complaints. Nicely done. It's not exactly Yu-Gi-Oh! Card-like, but it's good enough.[/size][/font] [font=courier new,courier,monospace][size=4][b]0.4/0.5[/b][/size][/font] [font=courier new,courier,monospace][size=4][b]Creativity[/b]: I've seen some effects that are more creative, but for a first card, it's much better than I expected. A lot of new members will make some obnoxious beatstick with a ridiculous picture and an even more crazy effect to boot, but to see you've got an actually useful (I'll get to that in a second) card here that isn't a complete rip-off of something else continues to restore my hope in the newer members of RC.[/size][/font] [font=courier new,courier,monospace][size=4][b]0.6/1.0[/b][/size][/font] [font=courier new,courier,monospace][b]Balance[/b]: It's not broken, so that's something we can get out of the way from the get-go. I do like the fact that you can use it in combination with other Level 5's to make itself a Level 5, and then proceed to Xyz into something better. The fact that you can also use it with copies of itself means it won't be that bad if you draw into multiple copies, either. DARK Fairy is always interesting, though there's not too much support for them. I guess that's a good thing because it reduces this card's searchability and prevents it becoming a problem. As is though, it's quite good, and I could actually see it having uses in a dedicated build.[/font] [font=courier new,courier,monospace][b]1.4/1.5[/b][/font] [font=courier new,courier,monospace][b][b]Overall[/b][/b]: For a first time card, you've managed to exceed my expectations. You've managed to design a card that not only doesn't suck, but is very practical in certain situations and could actually see play in the right Decks. Impressive for a newer member, for sure. I'd like to see some more cards from you; you've got some potential for sure. Right now your comment was my favorite so far,ty again. About the name: yeah, i know ''Playful Angel'' is not exactly the best name ever but that is indeed a problem i have when it comes to card making, i'm awful at picking names for the cards (the only other name that i could come up for this card was Mischievous Trumpeter,but i thought that Playful Angel would work better. =) Thanks agains for the awesome comment and rate. =) @Uchiha Thanks you, glad to see that people liked my first attempt of making a card xD Changes: - OCG has been corrected!
