When this card is Summoned: You can draw 2 cards. You must control no other cards and have no cards in your hand to activate and to resolve this effect.
One of my favorite cards. I think Bubblebeat might be one of the most fun and most consistent Decks I've ever played, and I find it so much more fun than regular HERO Beat. The playstyle is fast and as long as you're smart with your plays, you pretty much have an out to everything. I had some brilliant matchups at locals last night with this, one of which won me a playmat, so all in all I'm pretty content. Now if only I could find a playset of the Secret Rares I'd be all good. I was so sad. :'(
b0b3rt
Ultimate Rare looks better, frankly. On that note, Bubblebeat is probably my favorite deck, too, for the same reasons. It's incredibly versatile and really gives a new meaning to the term "player interaction" (which is why I hate Final Countdown/Exodia/Burn decks so much). It really is all about outplaying your opponent. I almost never go into double Blade Armors, either - it's just overextending, frankly, and it's a bad play against pretty much all of the tier 1 threats. Inzektors will just pop them, DinoRabbit will run them over, same with Chaos Dragons. It might work against Wind-ups, if you go first, but in that case shouldn't have a problem unless you open terribly.

I'd much rather go Papilloperative (since it can make Ryko miss timing) and then move from there.

Granted, mine's max rarity (with the exception of Secret Dualities and Super Fiendish), but I don't think it cost me more than $30 to build the whole Deck. The most expensive card you need is Nova Master, really. It's a s***-ton of fun to play though.

And I'd never want to run it without 2 Nova Master in the extra and 2 Super Poly in the side. Well, hopefully now that I should be getting into the game irl I'll be able to get stuff for it soon.
Blade Armors were one of the ones I just picked up. I got my set now, traded Ultra Drain for a Blade Armor & Secret Honest (for the side), and then I believe I got the other one for a Preparation of Rites. Novas are the one thing I don't have right now, but unfortunately I can't afford to shell out that much cash on some cards when I'm in the process of transitioning between jobs. Regardless, the Deck has played extremely well and I've managed to adapt to the conservative playstyle much more, which makes it run much more smoothly. I still stand by the prediction that once Escuriado gets printed over here, the Deck's gonna hit Top Tier.
b0b3rt
It's already tier 1, IMO. The fact that it hasn't topped outside of Japan doesn't change the fact that it takes out DinoRabbit and Inzketors consistently. A skilled player can make it work against Chaos Dragons, and Wind-Ups are pretty much a sack-fest anyways. It does decently against most anti-meta - the only thing that really gives it trouble are DWs. I went 6-1 with it at locals a month ago in a 50-person tourney, only losing to one of the two Chaos Dragons players I played against (he top decked FF both games). Every other deck I played was Inzektors, DinoRabbit, and Drain Heroes. In fact, it's gotten to the point where I prefer playing against top-tier decks when running Bubblebeat because it just performs better against them than vs. tier 2. (Also because I know their plays better, but sshhhh.)
Synchronized
Chaos Dragons aren't that difficult of a match-up at all. It really depends on their draws but like you said, they're sacky as hell, so sometimes it's just going to be unfortunate but you're going to lose because of the mass beatstick power they have there. Inzektors are quite a challenge for me, actually. The fact that there's no DARK Hero Fusion means Super Poly is useless, and that makes a good amount of your Deck open to Hornet. b0b3rt
The trick to beating Inzektors is to play even slower than usual, actually. Just keep interrupting their normal summons with Spark/Hero Blast/Warning/Torrential/whatever until you can drop some Blade Armors/Shinings on them.
