Work the same. 1-for-1 Negation; strictly limited to the opponent's turn. Once per turn protection. I thin tad overpowered since it is a form of Dark Bribe. The fact of the matter is, despite having a built in Solemn Judgment-esque effect, it's a Continuous Spell that requires you to use your own monsters (and Tokens don't work here, I assume) in order to have any sort of success at all.
