When your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) by the effect of a monster of Level 4 or lower: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect: Destroy all Level 4 or lower monsters your opponent controls and this card's ATK becomes equal to the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters." Too strong. It shuts down Xyz and Synchro Summons as well as much of Lightsworns and Sick Slammurai. It's useless against many Decks, but it's ridiculous against others.
