Holmes spent several months planning for the shooting.

He rigged his apartment with substances that would mix together and then explode. The police noted that Holmes's downstairs neighbor was complaining about loud music and went to check on it, but noticed the door cracked open. She didn't go in, simply because the whole thing felt suspicious.

 

Holmes's plan was to have someone overly curious check on his apartment, whereupon opening the door would cause the chemicals he rigged up to mix together and cause a massive explosion, resulting in a huge force of police going down to investigate while he went through with the shooting in the theater.

 

TC's bad conspiracy theory is bad.

 

If thats the case, then why didnt the killer ask a friend to "get something from his apartment" and then set it off. I mean, its not like Holmes wanted to save lifes.

 

"BAN GUNS SOLVE PROBLEMS"? Yes, it actually does, like these things. If we'd had tighter guns laws, no Columbine, no blazn azn and no Batmassacre. Besides, why would Holmes shoot up a film that is anti-Romney propaganda anyway? BAIN = BANE? COINCIDENCE?

 

This is true. Japan has so few gun deaths a year, its crazy awesome. Also, it will be the BANE of Romney's campaign.

At first I saw the picture and assumed it would be an entertaining read. I was not entertained.

If you take things seriously you miss out on all the fun in life. Realize that the "massacre" has no significant impact on your life, and then realize that people glamorize violence, killing, etc etc and then try not to laugh. Don't be hypocritical.

If you take things seriously you miss out on all the fun in life. Realize that the "massacre" has no significant impact on your life, and then realize that people glamorize violence, killing, etc etc and then try not to laugh. Don't be hypocritical.

 

You can't claim hypocrisy without proving that I actually have laughed at any of those examples. There's not a lot I do take seriously, but death is one of them.
