-3 Prisma (there are better ways to dump cards)
-2 Summoner Monk (you discard; they activate Veiler. Also it isn't very useful here
-1 Red-Eyes Wyvern
-1 Foolish Burial
-1 MST
-3 The White Stone of Legend
-2 Torrential Tributes
-3 Ravines

+3 Tour Guide from the Underworld
+1 Sangan
+1 Darkflare Dragon
+1 Card Trooper
+3 Lyla, the Lightsworn Whatever
+3 Ryko, the Lightsworn Hunter
+1 Charge of the Light Brigade
+3 Solar Recharges

That should speed your Deck up considerably while keeping BEWD in your Graveyard rather than your Hand.
