Galkin
The following are 4 cards that are designed to support 2 Archtypes playstyles, although 1 of them is general support, but nonetheless it still supports both archtypes. These are known as the "Evolutory" and 1 rogue card known as Riposte. They focus on crippling Defense Position shenanigans.
You can set this card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Spell Card. If this card is in the Spell & Trap Card Zone: you can flip it face-up and target 1 Insect-type monster equipped with an Equip Spell Card; it is treated as being equipped with that Equip Spell Card for as many turns as this card has been on the field. If this set card is destroyed: target up to 2 monsters on the field; change them to Defense Position. Their battle positions cannot be changed.
Another Monster Trap. It gives in a PERMANENT position switch, leaving the cards affected by it incapable of being offensive.
You can discard this card; change all face-up monsters to Defense Position, then add 1 EARTH Insect-type monster with 500 or less ATK from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
A not as permanent position switch, but it helps those Spiders make moves and gives in a free, but greatly restricted search or recovery for a +0.
When your opponent targets a face-up Defense Position monster you control (Either by battle or an Effect Monster's effect): change the target to Attack Position; switch your opponent's monster to Defense Position, decrease its DEF by 1000 and negate its effect(s), until the End Phase of your next turn.
This is Mr. Rogue Card. It provides defenses and a rather potent counter effect, leaving many strong monsters weak.
This card's name is treated as "Petit Moth". When this card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 "Cocoon of Evolution" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. If this card is tributed for the Special Summon of "Larvae Moth", "Great Moth" or "Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth": change all monsters your opponent controls to Defense Position, their ATK and DEF become 0, their effect(s) are negated and all battle involving those cards inflict piercing Battle Damage.
This is the "Evolutory" boss monster. It completely turns all monsters your opponent controls into free direct attacks. Note: If you haven't figured it out, this dual-archtype support is for Moth and Spider Archtype, which share the Insect-type and (for the most part) EARTH attribute, in addition to having similarly low parameters. This made it easy to create dual support for them.

marquispullie
Very well balanced cards, but one question. Is evoultary moth essentially a larvae moth with a search ability? or is it more so than that?
Galkin
Evolutory Moth is a Petit Moth with search. If it was a Larvae Moth it would be beyond underpowered. Is is also a search and a pseudo-beatdown card, much better than Petit Moth which is just...a bug to be squashed.
