This card is not quite a perfect storm. Let's Count!

[color=#000080]1: You need to list Xyz/Synchro Materials. This is usually "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters", and stronger monsters may have other restrictions. You post it as the first line of text and then hit Return.[/color]

3: The first effect of this card will make it banish itself, making its other effects moot. Did you mean "all other cards on the field"?
4: You don't need to specify that this card can "only stay on the field for 3 turns". You just explain how and when it leaves.
5: You need a specific timing during the turn so it can leave the field by its effect. You also need a specific timing for it to come back. Example: "During your 3rd End Phase after this card is Summoned: Send it to the Graveyard. During your 3rd Standby Phase after this card was sent to the Graveyard by this effect: Special Summon it."
