During your Standby Phase, if a "Substiwarrior" monster(s) exist in your Extra Deck: You can pay 500 Life Points; Select 1 card in your Deck and Banish it face-down, then shuffle all "Substiwarrior" cards in your Extra Deck into your Deck. If you draw this card when you have no more than 1 card of the same name on your side of the field, Banished or in your Graveyard combined: Return all "Substiwarrior" monsters in your hand, Deck, and Graveyard to your Extra Deck and add the face-down Banished card to your hand.

So yea, its not exactly a monster, or a fusion, or a warrior... but yea. If you use him, you can only have 1 copy of every card in your deck, but after your first hand you can chose one card in your deck and essentially put it at 3. About the only amazing combo with this would be something along the lines of Rota -> This -> Plaguespreader -> Wait a turn.

You can run 3 substiwarriors - if you read the effect it says you shuffle ALL substiwarriors into your deck, so you would not need to track them individually, they would all be attached to the same face-down banished card.
This card is very slow. Not as slow as Pharaoh's Treasure, but slow. So it starts out in your Main Deck and goes to your Extra Deck?
It is quite slow. It would start out in the Extra Deck (because it is a fusion) then goes into your main deck at the cost of 500 LP, and then back to extra deck when you draw it so you can do it again.

How do you summon it... its a fusion monster with no materials, or other conditions to summon it....

It's.. ok. It the right type of thing that a higlander deck would want, but it's actually handicapping the deck more. If you run 3 copies of this, 1 of on your field, you are putting 1 extra card in your deck, making it even harder to pull a card you need when you need it...

I think you are misinterpreting it completely. It is like Sinister Serpent, except from the extra deck. It just needs to exist there to activate the effect. Also, technically yes, you would be increasing the size of your deck, however, say you want that card, and this is after your first 6 cards are drawn. The chances of you getting it normally would be: 1/34, but now it would be 3/36, or 1/12. Thats a 35% increased probability, even if you don't run any searchers. Not to mention the fact you can use things like Lavalval chain to search out a non-mosnter, etc...

this is the first time i've heard that there's a fusion monster with no fusion material mentioned on the description
the point is, u want this card to be placed in the extra deck right? so it can be used anytime
still, i don't know any rulings that allow this..
is there any card with such kind?
