When this card is activated, Traps, Spells, Either players Decks or Hands cannot be used until the end of this duel. Inflict 10000 damage to your Life Points. Yes, op'd, yes, its bad picture, yes, its effect is all I want to know if it'd dramatically change gameplay or not.... and well, you all know what, cannot be used means, so I'll be off then....
