If this card is sent from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Aqua-type WATER monster with 1000 or less ATK from your Graveyard in face-up or face-down Defense Position (Except this card).
Supports Frogs and Penguins.
Plenty straightforward effect, do I really need to explain much?

This card is flat-out AWESOME. It would be awesome in WATER-based Decks, and changing the summoning possibilities (maybe all WATER-type monsters instead of just Aqua, or an ATK limit of 1500 or such) would be even better! But really creative, and it would work really well with most Water decks out there.

Actually, if you happened to make it an ATK limit such as: "If this card is sent from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 WATER monster with 1000 or less ATK from your Graveyard in face-up or face-down attack position." And I know I might be asking for much, but think about this: Imagine it being an "Ice Barrier" monster like "Kyuui of the Ice Barrier." Not only would it be versatile in any water deck, but in the following strategy, its a FREE Brionac:
"Strategist of the Ice Barrier" --> effect (discard Kyuui) --> effect (summon a Tuner monster from your Graveyard) --> Free Brionac (woot woot)
Restrictions have to be harsh, this card can easily turn any cost into a +, just like Nimble Goosefish does; on top, it would be incredibly splashable in any WATER deck. Despite what I just said, I lowered the restrictions to just 1000 ATK or less, to support the Metallizing Parasite archtype.

Yes! I see what you're saying, and now this card is perfect! Man I wish they'd come out with something like this so I could exploit it in my Ice Barrier decks XD

Hey do you mind looking at my most recent post (High Mage Archetype)... No-ones said anything on it so fra, its really dissapointing

Despite my dislike of cards being made to make nonsense of costs and the thoughts behind them (see Sinister Serpent, Treeborn Frog, Mezuki, Reborn Tengu, Tour Guide, Rescue Cat & Rabbit, Atlanteans, Madolches, then taste), I have to admire this card, it being made with my favorite steed Restraint in mind.

(Hmmm, Arabs not drinking wind? Perish the thought!)
