Alice Moonflowyr
This probably failed. Brio problems I think this fixes 1. Too easy to summon. It's freaking easy to get a generic Level 6 Synchro. Thats why Goyo isnt here anymore. 3 Level 4s however, is usually not worth wasting your time on unless Gadgets or some other deck. 2. Caused loops. Brio causes loops by returning your cards to be used again. This solves that problem by only targeting your opponents side of the field. 3. Field-clearing OTK machine. Another use of Brio that I see quite often, is simply clearing the opponents field and going for game/OTK. The restriction on how many cards you can bounce helps that, plus you have to have a combined total of 160000 damage to OTK, seeing as all damage is halved. Plus, Shub-Niggurath cant exactly help in the OTK, because his ATK is 1000. Which brings me into another problem that not many people consider. 4. Too strong for the effect. Brio is 2300, and bounces shizz. Anyone else see what I'm getting at? While 2300 is not exactly a good number now, Brio simply turns his nose at monsters with higher ATK. Got a Stardust? Bounce. Got a Scrap Dragon? Bounce. Got a Utopia? Bounce. Got a Laggia? Y DAFUQ U NO NEGATE BRIO YOU IDIOT? Anyway, with this guy at 1000/2700, even though he does pose the same 'bounce monster with higher ATK to get in an attack' problem, it's not as worth it. When you're bouncing a maximum of two cards, and only 1000 damage, is it really worth bouncing just to get in a direct attack with him? You want to bounce his backrow and bring in your big boss with no backrow threats. Things I'd like to change with this: The materials. With 3 Level 4s, I'm afraid that makes it useless. But 2 Level 4s is way to easy to get out, which kinda screws Point 1. I was considering making it a Rank 6, then I thought "owait, Hieros". SO. What u guys think? Oh and. Ia! Ia! Shub-Niggurath! The Goat with a Thousand Young!
PAINTAIN GOD OF DUNDA MT.
This card is inspiring me to make an Archtype... But yeah I agree with you with the 3 Level 4s... Think you should bring it to 2 Level 4s.
Alice Moonflowyr
But that's TOO easy to summon. Just like Brio.
That is true :/ Why not make it a Rank 5 with 2 Level 5s?
Luna874
Maybe it should be 2 level 4 Beast-type monsters, so it's won't be generic like Brio. Or even just a generic rank 5 without halving battle damage.
Alice Moonflowyr
Hmmm...yeah, maybe. But wouldnt Tiras outclass this as a Rank 5?Hmmm...yeah, maybe. Or even just a generic rank 5 without halving battle damage.
Then it would be borderline useless. It NEEDS to be generic to see play, which is what I want. It just cant be TOO generic. Halving Battle Damage is part of what makes it balanced....
