thekazu4u
Looking at WIND, it is sort of forlorn: -When searching for "WIND" in card text on DN, you get more results supporting "Wind-Up" than "WIND" the attribute. -There are only 374 "WIND" monsters, less than any attribute aside from FIRE. -Despite their extreme lack of play, Konami decided to print the card Poisonous Winds with the effect: "WIND monsters cannot be Special Summoned. All face-up WIND monsters on the field lose 500 ATK." Looking at these downsides however, we notice that WIND is actually secretly epic. Despite their extreme lack of support, the coolest cards all are WIND: Yata-Garasu, Raiza the Storm Monarch, Divine Wind of Mist Valley, Dark Simorgh, and Shrine of Mist Valley. This means that a WIND deck can use a deck made up of nearly all awesome cards. Also, the effect of Poisonous Winds lets us read into what WIND can really do: It doesn't rely on Special Summoning or ATK extensively. Instead it relies on control, and lots of it.
When a card(s) on the field is returned to the hand or Deck: Select 1 monster in that cards owners Graveyard and place it on top of his/her Deck. During either player's turn, you can return this card to the Deck; Declare the top card of your opponent's deck. If you call it right: Add 1 WIND monster from your Deck to your hand. .
A few more support cards coming right up
Suibon
Less of an overarching control + combo piece than Black Garden, and more prone to lockdown, but I still like this. Other than the name, but that is easily resolved.

And Black Garden is lacking search, this makes up for that. Although the card still is lacking some epicness. I am thinking of changing it. How about:
When a card(s) on the field is returned to the hand or Deck: Select 1 monster in that cards owners Graveyard and place it on top of his/her Deck. During either player's turn, you can shuffle this card into your deck; Declare the top card of your opponent's deck. If you call it right: Add 1 WIND monster from your Deck to your hand.
Tokens just feels too black garden. Or should I make a completely new card that does the above? Suibon
I'm almost as bad as you when it comes to names, but at least I have the past to back me up. =P As for that proposed effect: the sheer profusion of effects comes out organically, and your opponent doesn't even have to lose that much advantage. I like it.
thekazu4u
How about: Siren's Call? At least it actually makes the picture make sense. And that effect makes much more sense. I like raiza way too much not to use it. I'm changing it.
Alice Moonflowyr
Boooobiiiiies O>O OT: Seems legit. I like how it obviously is supposed to work with things like Genex Ally Birdman and Divine Wind of Mist Valley.
