...and this card would be weak even with a stuffed Graveyard.

Beast from the Depths is still bad.

Legendary Beast Tamer doesn't make sense as an Equip Spell Card. I think the lore should be

[color=#ff0000]Reveal 1 Level 4 or higher Beast-Type monster in your hand; reduce that monster's Level by 3.[/color]

...but it's not very good. If I were to use it, it would be to speed out Ancient Crimson Ape for some kind of Infinite Loop, not with any of these cards.

Lion of the Flames is good if you can Special Summon it. You don't need to mention Flip Effects because removing a face-down monster from play doesn't flip that monster.

There are two cards strictly better than Opposing Forces: [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dimension_Wall"]Dimension Wall[/url] and [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Magic_Cylinder"]Magic Cylinder[/url] (Semi-Limited).

Winged Tiger is relatively weak and its effect isn't very good. I like the image though. Where'd you get it?

"Immobilized" doesn't mean anything. Use Yu-Gi-Oh! terms like "cannot attack or activate its effect". It's too specific to be good anyways.
