For not having to rely on Reeze for the summon, you either have to use the Level 3 non-Tuner Codor or the Level 2 Tuners Squirl or Falco. You could always use Krebons + E-Teleport Engine, but I'd rather stick with Codor than the other 2 Gusto Tuners.
