simple...though i would had "While this card is face-up on the Field;...." and maybe combine the 2 effects by adding "also" but that's just me.

Nope and me, that makes it more useful.

What? Try to speak a little clearer and explain better. Why would it be MORE useful? What I suggested only clarified the effect more.

Teh, the effect should have been as said, "While this card is face-up on the Field,When a WATER monster is removed from the field: Draw 1 card. When a monster is Summoned: Discard 1 card. That kills your monster thou, it's fine with out adding that."

That's what I was intending to say, I just for got to add the "summoning".

Also I just got a thought of how to re-word it :

"While this card is face-up on the Field; apply the following Effects accordingly:
•When a WATER monster is remove from the field; draw 1 card
•When a monster is Summoned: discard 1 card from your hand"

Longer? yes. Easier to understand in yugioh terms? yes.

I think that type of format would be better for cards that have multiple effects and can only be used once per turn. the element archetype.

Well your monster does have multiple Effects and they both have to apply while it's face-up on the Field, so my concept would be perfect. So people understand that they both apply as such and are used each time, not once per, not just when you want it to, and not just once while it's on the field.
