LORE:
Cannot be activated except by Tributing 2 Aqua-Type monsters you control. When activated: Destroy all face-up non-Aqua, Fish or Sea-Serpent-Type monsters. As long as face-up: Neither players can control Monster Cards except by Aqua, Fish and Sea-Serpent-Type. Once per turn (during the Standby Phase): Banish 1 WATER Monster from your Graveyard, if you cannot, destroy this card. Once per turn (during the Main Phase 1): Target 1 monster you control and add 1 card from either players Graveyard to your hand, that monster cannot attack during this turn. During the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated: destroy the targeted monster, if you cannot, destroy this card instead.

First card is OP....
The fact that this card can kill everything else. Honestly everything else makes it a dream for the new water support cards coming out. The Second is kind of like Rivalry of Warlords, which would be ok, except for the first line. This kind of seems like Rivalry of warlords, but then we get to the next part of the effect. Adding a card from EITHER players grave to the hand is insane. Inifinite dark holes, or monster reborns so long as this is face up. And not getting an attack ins't a big deal to some cards. Since, you can fetch a card like Monster reborn, use it, and then overlay or synchro getting past the drawback comepletely. Personally, lose the second effect completely. It just gives your deck so much support, even just for a turn since this would probably get nailed directly after, but it still clears your opponents monsters, and lets you build bigger field advantage. For no cost...

The second card is fine, other than its attack is to high for a searcher. It should be 1400 i think... at least, i think thats standard for a searcher now adays,

Sorry if i seemed harsh man. It is just the sheer amount of resource abuse the first one lets you have.

I mean, Dark Hole every turn? Would you want that to happen to you? An extreme example i know, but its what could, and probably would happen.

But Dark Hole, Raigeki, Monster Reborn and Change of Heart are all Banned aren't they?

And don't mind man, you weren't rude, (just not kind hahahahah but what do I want? A SANDWICH?? hahahaha)
I fixed the cards, I'll just Edit the post ;)

nah, Dark Hole and Monster Reborn are back. I couldn't believe it either when i first saw it.

OT: Second cards fine now. First card... the destroying doesn't really dent it that much. As, people can just Xyz with it before it goes boom. However, the activation conditions do help balance it out quite a lot.

Maybe make it, during the end phase this effect was activated, destroy one monster you control. If you cannot, destroy this card instead.

Dark Hole and Monster Reborn are just limited now. The fact is that even though you are constantly sacrificing to keep his card of the field, it still makes your opponent helpless. Most decks don't have a sing Aqua/Fish/Sea Serpent Monster in their decks, and waiting fr a spell/trap to destroy it would be maddening--not to mention you'd probably put 2 or 3 of these in your deck.

How can them be back?? Black Hole I could accept since you destroy your monsters too in Desperate situations... But Monster Reborn is unacceptable! :/

Last Part: GOOD CALL MAN, I hadn't thought about this but it's great hahaha

A card like this would be probably banned or semi-banned (only 1 per Deck.) Even me as the creator think that a limitation would be good :)
