I would say this card is fairly balanced considering that its so hard to actually get to work, and very easy to destroy, but his effect is a win basically.

This card can not be special summoned or set. If this card is set, banish this card. This cards effects can not be used in defense position. This card can only be Synchro Summoned in Defense Position on the field. This cards effect(s) can not be negated from the hand. This card can not be positioned to attack by card effects. This card can not be put to Face-Up Attack Position until your second Main Phase after this cards activation. Once per turn, you can discard your entire hand, to have your opponent discard their hand. Once per turn, you can destroy all other cards on the field. If this card is targeted by a card effect in defense position, banish this card.

Ok I'm sorry but I can't get past the first line of this card's effect......it's crap, just pure crap. I'm sorry but if you want a monster to have a "[color=#5A5A5A][font=tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3][background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]This card can not be special summoned or set" [size=4]Effect, then it shouldn't be a Synchro. It can't Summon! Synchro Summoning is a Special Summon! So no, just no.[/size][/background][/size][/font][/color]

I think you mean: "Can only be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon" for the first line..
And this card is just a wreck..
Basically a walking, living breathing Card Destruction with 8k attack, despite it's negative effects..
And with its negative effects, this card isn't worth summoning.
