Grandparents

I have no grandparents.
One grandfather died in his twenties in what was ruled a "suicide," but circumstances point to otherwise, and the case has gone cold on behalf of lazy detectives and lack of evidence. He was in the military and about to serve in the Vietnam War.
His wife, who lived into her sixties, went into a lifelong depression due to his death and stayed that way all her life, not bothering to help raise her 2 sons in the slightest (my father and uncle). The main reason I don't like her is because when my dad was in the wrestling team in high school, he was to go to a tournament in the city (he grew up in a small town). Inclement weather postponed it, however, and when it was rescheduled, my grandmother took the bus money and bought candy with it. My dad would have won his match, due to his opponent never having shown up, and would've been in the newspaper.
Yeah, my grandmother did that to my dad.

On my mom's side, both grandparents lived into old age. My grandfather died in his late 50's, before I was born. My grandmother lived into her mid- to late 60s.

That being said, I never knew my grandfathers, but I never really talked to my grandmothers. My dad's mother gave me a bad impression when I did see her, and my mom's mother spoke only Korean, so I could only talk to her for little bits and pieces if my mom was there to translate.
