"Ultio"s: Scary Latin Quick Spells

For some reason, I like Inferno Tempest. Maybe because it makes for a sudden counterattack against a power move. Maybe because it's a Quick-Play so Heavy Storm and MST can't stop it (unlike a Trap). Maybe because it looks and sounds pretty fricking scary. Whatever the case, I have a thing for IT (that makes the card sound even scarier, come to think of it), so I decided to make some similarly wrathful cards--the "Ultios". Each of these has an effect that activates when your opponent gets a near-kill shot on you, a menacing Latin name, and a chance to get back at your opponent. It's a work in progress, though, so I need all the critiques and comments I can get.

SPELL/Quick-Play
Activate this card only when your opponent destroys more than 2 monsters on your side of the field by a single card effect. Both players must banish 3 cards from the tops of their respective decks and all cards from their respective hands and sides of the field.

SPELL/Quick-Play
When your opponent would inflict 3000 or more damage to your Life Points by battle or a card effect, Special Summon as many monsters with 1000 or less ATK as possible from your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard. You can only declare an attack with these monsters during your next Battle Phase. The Special Summoned monsters can attack directly, and their effects are negated. Banish this card and all the Special Summoned monsters during the End Phase.
[I'm unsure this grammar, so feel free to chip in.]

Its the end of the world...

First card: I think Chaos dragons would end up abusing it somehow, becuase they are Chaos. It's waht they do. However, the activation conditions is basically you making your opponent pay for trying to make you pay for over extending by clearing everything. As far as i am awear, you just need banish the top 3 cards of both players decks, instead of the longhanded method you used. I do like the last resort feeling of it though like i said, i think Chaos dragons would somehow abuse it, not quite sure how though.

Second Card: So you take 3000 damage, special summon lots of monsters, then they die in the end phase. Most often this would activate during your opponents turn, meaning you would never attack, and this could at best intercept a lot of attacks, or set up a torrential. I don't like it as much as i like the first one. If you change the end clause to your next end phase, they actually can do things. If you did this, i would also add, they may not be used as Xyz or synchro material. Just so it isn't used as a kind of harder to use rabbit. Much, much much harder to use rabbit.

For the former: Hey, that's your idea. I have no idea how Chaos would use it either, but I didn't have them in mind.
For the latter: I should have specified that they are removed during the End Phase of your next turn. I also forgot to add a clause prevent them from being used for Tributes/Special/Fusion/Synchro/Xyz Summons. I don't know when I'll fix them though, so you don't need to follow too closely.
