Galkin
If you control no cards and the only cards in your Graveyard are EARTH monsters: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn, you can equip this card to a Rock-Type monster you control, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. If the equipped monster would be Tributed: You can Tribute this card instead (The equipped monster is still treated as having been Tributed). If the equipped monster would be destroyed: you can destroy this card instead.
.......... Rocks ftw?
Suibon
Weird card is weird, as in: under which possible context would your caveat (Tributing Rock Titan instead while somehow making the would-be Tribute a Tributed monster on paper) be of use?
Galkin
Block Golem, as well as all the Koa'ki Meiru Rock monsters require to tribute themselves to activate their effects. This card makes the monster still be treated as having been tributed as to leave no shadow of a doubt that you indeed "performed" the cost to activate their effects.
