serious question

I know I'm probably going for a narrow ended question. Trying to avoid a 250,000 dollar lawsuit, how do I physically make a fan based holographic card (real card stock not printer paper alone) of rainbow dash in my hands?
I have been researching for a while now, I met a friend at a convention who had made 2 of his own. I don't care if it looks real in fact I love having the card look fake with shiny foil cover. I have the design just need to know how to make it into a card and not just an idea of one.

This place is not, in fact, monitored 24/7 by the U.S. government because if we were, and if they did care, this place would probably be dead long ago. It might just be checked in on by Konami from time to time, if the Tour Bus thread is anything to go by, but that is not relevant.
You'd be best off just using a printer, frankly.
