Hi Im new here; this is my second post; the 1st post was in the wrong section. These are my cards that i came up within the past day:

1.

2.
Effect: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing a face up Catapult Turtle and Catapult Turtle #2.
Once per turn, you can activate only one of the following effects:
-Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field to inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the attack + defense of the tributed monster.
-Tribute any number of monsters to destroy the same amount of cards on your opponents side of the field.

3.

4.
Effect: This card can only be special summoned by using polymerization on "Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon and "Metal Skull" OR by tributing those 2 face up cards(without polymerization).
-If fusion summoned (without polymerization):
When this monster attacks or is attacked, it gains additional ATK, during damage calculation only, equal to half the ATK of the attack target.
-If fusion summoned (with polymerization):
If your opponent controls any normal monsters on their side of the field; this card cannot be destroyed by battle.
If your opponent controls any effect monsters; this card cannot be destroyed by card effects.
If your opponent controls any spells or traps; this card cannot be targeted by card effects.
If your opponent controls any synchro monsters; this card cannot be returned to hand.
If your opponent controls any xyz monsters; this card's effects cannot be negated.

5.
Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from the deck or hand by removing from play 1 "Gatling Dragon" that you control.
Once per turn; Pay any multiple of 1000. For each multiple of 1000 that you pay, toss that many number of coins. For each heads, destroy 1 card on the field. For each tails, gain 500 Life Points. This card cannot attack the same turn that you this effect.

7.

8.

9.

10.

11.
Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Clock of Strength", "Clock of Wisdom", "Clock of Essence", "Clock of Dexterity" and "Clock of Constitution" face up from your field. Once per turn; you can Apply each of the following effects once:
-Tribute 1 monster: look at your opponents hand and discard upto 2 of their cards.
-Tribute one monster; skip your opponents next Battle Phase.
-Tribute one monster; skip your opponents next Draw Phase.
-Move the turn count forward by 1 turn. The turn in which this card is activated continues as normal.
-Tribute one monster; Your opponent skips their next Main Phase 1.
You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. If this card is removed from the field; you can pay 3000 lifepoints to special summon it back to the field. Both players can only activate this effect once per duel.

Note* Metal summoned skull wasnt my idea originally. Back when Red Eyes metal Black dragon was released and introduced; rumors were going around of a metal version of summoned skull; but it was never released or created unfortunately.

Note 2* I really like Catapult turtle; I used it a lot and imo it still is a great card.

Note 3* I really like "time" or "clock" based cards like time wizard, pyroclock of destiny, time eater and the time lord cards. But thats about it for those kinds of cards. I'd wish they would of expanded on it.

Im free to any suggestions or fixes.

No problem! But I must ask: Why does Level 2 monster have 3000 DEF? I couldn't clearly read the effect. Stupid Kindle. XD

I was thinking of making it lvl 4 instead, but I sort of wanted to space out the levels between the 5 "Clocks".

The effect of "Clock of Constituion" says:
Once per turn, you can Tribute 2 Monsters(excluding this card); your monsters cannot be destroyed by battle and you take no battle damage until your next Standby Phase. If this card is in face up defense position during your End Phase; reveal your hand.

Anyways, I was thinking of slightly adjusting the effects of Gatling King Dragon and Clock of time so that:

- the LP gain(for Gatling) is part of the same effect and would replace the "draw 1 card" effect. Sort of like heads = destroy a card, tails = gain 500 (or maybe 1000) LP

and for Clock of time, i would probably make more of its effects "tribute one monster" and not just that way for 3 of his effects

The stats for Gatling King Dragon are a little bit too high. Besides that, your cards are balanced. I like that you expanded on catapult turtle and metalmorph, since I feel those cards haven't received much attention. Be proud of these cards, I wish something like this would be released as real cards.

Thanks for your input :); I also feel that Gatlings ATK and Def are a bit high. What Atk and def do you think i should give Gatling?, i have a hard time deciding and as to which stats would make better sense. Maybe like 2600-3300(for ATK) and for the DEF, slightly lower?

These are good ideas for cards but I think B. Metal Dragon, Gattling King Dragon, Clock of Constitution, and Clock of Time are a bit overpowered.

Well, don't forget:
B. Metal Dragon needs a REBD, SS, 2 Metalmorphs, REMBD, MS and Polymerization(optional) to summon. That's 7 cards in total. Those are a lot of cards to Special summon; also his summon could be negated. In my opinion, I think he is good as he.

I reduced Gatlings atk/def by a lot and sort of fixed his effect. He also needs 4 cards to be summoned. On top of that, he cant attack if he uses his effect. His summon could also be negated.

I agree Clock Of consitution is overpowered. What do you think i should make his effect to be? By the way, I might be keeping his current level.

Clock of Time, requires 5 clocks to be on the field to summon. In total he also needs in total of 11 cards(7 to be summoned, 4 to use his effects). I think he is fine as well; i also slightly altered his effects now.

Any more suggestions or maybe individual ratings?

Really like these. As a Machine lover, I like them already. I do agree with ClearAngel though, some of these are a bit overpowered. In my opinion, the first card could use a better image. Overall I like them, and if they were real, I would consider placing them in my Deck. Nice.

If anything, I should say that the "Clock" monsters stood out the most

If you ever consider expanding on the "Clock" archetype you put in here by all means you should go for it
(however, Clock of Constitution has really high DEF for a Level 2. I would say either decrease his defense and tweak the effect a little to make it a more suitable level 2 monster, or you make it level 5 which lets you keep the DEF value and you wouldn't have to make as many fixes on the effect then.

"Clock of Time" reminds me of the card "Machina Force" just because it feels gimmicky, the situational summoning method would keep me from running it because all the others seem to do much better on there own. the effect is too powerful, even if its a gimmicky monster "
