DeathSDelano
All image credit belongs to Darksilvania I do not own the images. Its been awhile since I've made cards, so OCG fixes or just advice on the cards would be helpful. The Pawn
When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can tribute this monster to Special Summon 1 "Chess Warrior - White" monster from your Deck to the field except "Chess Warrior - White Pawn". The effect of "Chess Warrior - White Pawn" can only be used once per turn.
The Knight
This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it uses this effect, any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved. You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "Chess Soldier - White" monster you control; that monster's attack is halved and can attack your opponent directly. The effect of "Chess Soldier - White Knight" can only be used once per turn.
The Bishop
Once per turn, if a face-up "Chess Soldier - White" monster is selected as an attack target; you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to half the attacking monster's ATK until the End phase. If another "Chess Soldier - White" monster would be destroyed; you can destroy this card instead.
The Rook
Once per turn, When this Defense Position monster is targeted by an opponent's card effect; you can select 1 other Face-up monster on the field and may that card the target of the effect instead. If a "Chess Soldier - White King" would be destroyed; you can banish this card from your Graveyard that monster cannot be destroyed until the End Phase. The effect of "Chess Soldier - White Rook" can only be once per turn.
The Queen
If you control a Face-up "Chess Soldier - White King" you can Special Summon this monster from your hand or Graveyard to the field. Once per turn, you can select up to 2 "Chess Soldier - White" monsters except "Chess Soldier - White Pawn"and "Chess Soldier - White King" on your side of the field or in your Graveyard; this monster gains the effects of the selected monsters until your opponent's End Phase. You can only control 1 Face-up "Chess Soldier - White Queen" at a time.
The King
This card cannot only be Summoned unless you have 3 or more "Chess Soldier - White" monsters on your side of the field or in your Graveyard. While you do not control another "Chess Soldier - White" this monster's ATK is halved. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Chess Soldier - White" from your Graveyard. You can only control 1 Face-up "Chess Soldier - White King" at a time.

Love of Ghibli
This set was looking really creative and decent until I got to the king. Why does he have a lose condition. I mean if Macro or D-fissure is on the field fine but this set doesn't seem like they want those kind of plays. A lose condition just seems waaaay too risky. Other than that I like the cards somewhat. The backgrounds seems like it has the potential to cause seizures and some of the effects don't really go well the pieces role in the game (that's just me being knit-picky though) but they are decent. Ghost_Image
I think you have the backgrounds for King and Queen reversed.
DeathSDelano
This set was looking really creative and decent until I got to the king.
The King has a lose condition because in a real Chess game if you lose the King you lose the game[was trying basing it off real chess in a sense], but I will remove that so its playable. Pawn: Promotion, Knight: the ability to jump past over units with its movements, Bishop: moves diagonal which can be used to intercept the other players pieces[which I have used to protect another piece when i play chess], the Rook who protects the king, The queen who has the power of all the pieces. And which pieces are you referring to Any other suggestions? As for the backgrounds its a standard Chessboard pattern .-.
I think you have the backgrounds for King and Queen reversed.
EDIT *looked at chess game on computer* According to the chess game when i switch between top down 2D and 3D view. The 2D images of the king and queen are correct.
