Need an Effect.

Once per turn, During your Main Phase you can discard 2 cards to destroy all Spell/Traps on your opponents side of the field. During your Opponent's Standby Phase Inflict 400 points of damage for each card in your opponents hand. This card cannot be affected by Spells or Traps, and cannot be destroyed by a Monster Effect. If this card is destroyed, it is removed from play and you take 600 damage for every banished card.

Is this any good? I think i used the correct terminology, and i tried to add a negative to balance out the effect while on the field.

The single most important thing your card is supposed to have, you don't have, and you want somebody to do it for you?

That's almost like...

That... is probably one of the most overpowered monster effects I've ever read... And you also got a lot of the terminology wrong...
Now obviously I can't critique the card itself, considering it isn't [i]anything[/i] yet. But this effect... isn't right.

You gave it the power to nuke the backrow. It burns your opponent every standby phase! [u]It's unaffected by spell, trap, and monster effects![/u] [b][u]And you think a simple burn of a minimal 600 damage will even it out?[/u][/b]
Sorry, that's not gonna happen.

Not trying to be rude of course, but I'm trying to say that their is nothing fair about this effect. Plus, it doesn't really add up; it's just a bunch of effects connected into one.
This [u]is[/u] a place to express your imagination, but it's [u]also[/u] a place to improve yourself. Go out, and prove your worth, young card maker!

^ Yeah, this.
It doesn't make sense to make a card before you have [i]something[/i] in mind. Try expressing your creativity by showing what ideas you have! Not just adding pretty pictures. In this case, you might as well make it a normal monster. Atleast then all you have to do is write a description.
