Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent selects 5 cards from your deck. You select 1 which is added to your hand, the other 4 cards are banished. The effect of "Star God Baruhara" can only be activated once per turn. If this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 banished monster to your side of the field.

Based off one of the more 'famous' banned cards, Baruhara is the opposite of Painful Choice and similar at the same time. You give your opponent your deck, then they select five cards of their choice. You pick one to go to your hand, the rest are banished. This means that they can select five cards which aren't as good so you can't really benefit from it. However, it's second effect is Leviair on steroids. When destroyed by anything, it can summon any banished monster. When I mean any banished monster, I literally mean any banished monster which isn't a nomi monster regardless of it's level, rank or ATK. Like Leviair, it can summon your opponent's banished monsters so if they are banish heavy, this card can troll them in a way.

The Painful Choice effect isn't optional, it's mandatory, assuming it wasn't hit with Solemn Warning (Who in their right mind would Solemn this anyway). It's like the Monarchs in that when it summoned successfully, the effect activates...assuming you have 5 or more cards left in your deck. The effect that activates when destroyed is optional though. You can choose not to use it, but why would you not want to use it?

If there is a broken combo that I missed, let me know and I'll fix this card.

Looks balanced enough. While there may be a broken combo with this card, it isn't exactly easy to bring out. You'd have to dump it first somehow, and then bring it back with some card like Monster Reborn-

Owait, Shining Angel. Yeah, it's pretty easy to bring out. Slightly OP'd. Even so, I'll give it an 9/10. The art reminds me of Megaman for some reason ^^

The only reason I didn't restrict it's summoning all that much, since Shining Angel can summon it from the deck and Valhalla summons it from the hand, is for the simple fact that your opponent can select 5 spell cards from your deck (Lets say Heavy, Dark Hole, Reborn, Avarice and MST for example) and even though you more or less can search a spell such as Heavy, you just lost like 4 other spell cards from your deck which are really hard to get back and could have won you the duel.

The only real combo I can think of is playing Dark Hole after summoning this card to summon a stronger, banished monster AND drop Meklord Emperor Wisel and go for game, potentially dealing 5000+ damage. Or if you use Macro Cosmos to have more targets, or if you can get those banished cards back with something like Dimensional Alchemist or Primal Seed. Then again, if you can play Primal Seed then you have BLS on the field, and if you have BLS on the field, you are probably going to win anyway.
