I run it @2 just because of how good the effect really is. The fact that you can use 1 Handmaiden to set up this card's effect twice, and then proceed to return them to the Deck and do it again, not to mention the fact that you can use it as many times as you want per turn, makes it so good. With 1 Foolish Burial and 3 Heat Field you can get that stuff back in the Graveyard with ease and then go into Tiras/Quasar. It's such a versatile card.
