This card can only be special summoned (from your hand) by banishing 3 face up Dragon-type monsters from your side of the field or graveyard. This cards ATK is equal to the combined original ATK of the banished monsters. This cards DEF is equal to the combined DEF of the banished monsters. Its an alright card but id say the effect is a little lackluster considering if you had that amount of dragons on the field you would be using them for Xyz or even just for field presence rather than banish them all just to get solemn'd maybe make the effect more worth that large sacrifice. And if the effect let you banish from the grave chaos drag would have hard sex with this card future fusion dump three wyverns then banish them to summon this it would be insaaanity although then again i don't know if you were going for a balanced card and its likely future fusion will be banned this September anyway.
