Increase the ATK of all WATER monsters by 500. Decrease the ATK of all face-up non WATER monsters by 300. You can Special Summon 1 level 2 or below WATER monster from your hand once per turn. WATER monster with an ATK below 1000 can Attack directly. When a WATER monster inflicts Battle Damage the controller of this card loses 300 Life Points. When a WATER monster Attacks directly the controller of this card loses 500 Life Points.
