Behold the Raiza's minions!

The Hand-Trap:

During either player's turn: You can discard this card to the Graveyard to target 1 card in either player's Graveyard; return that target to the Deck.

The beatstick

When this card would destroy a monster by battle and send it to the Graveyard: Return that monster to the top of the Deck instead.

The defender:

When this card is flipped face-up: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; return that target to the top of the Deck.

The tuner:

You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during your opponent's End Phase by having your opponent select 1 other card in your Graveyard and returning it to the top of your Deck. Each player can only use the effect of "Glow-Up Gale" once per Duel.

The Synchro:

1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned: Shuffle both cards in either player's Graveyard into their owner's Decks. Once per turn, when this card attacks or is attacked: You can reveal 1 WIND monster in your hand and have this card gain ATK equal to that card's ATK. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Return it to the Extra Deck.

The Trap:

Target 2 cards on the field: Tribute 1 WIND monster; Return those targeted cards to the top of their owner's decks in any order.

The Spell:

When a card(s) on the field is returned to the hand or Deck: Select 1 monster in that cards owners Graveyard and place it on top of his/her Deck. During either player's turn, you can return this card to the Deck; Declare the top card of your opponent's deck. If you call it right: Add 1 WIND monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

All pretty simple, but all build the same decent WIND strategy that raiza started. Playable? Balanced? Interesting?
:D Also, ideas for a WIND exceed... currently there is only Leviair, which should have been water and doesn't have anything to do with the WIND strategy... I guess diagusto emeral?

Gust Maiden: Upgraded Winged Sage Falcos I like it! Harpie's might actually get to be an all wind deck now

Skylord Helina: Okay Harpies are officially an all wind deck now

Gale: I was right more balanced as a bird

Skyfire: What "both" cards is this thing referring to. No matter wouldn't use it anyway. The only way for it to be over what 2600 (Hunting Ground +Raiza) is if some other giant wind thing was used...meh

Wind wave: Really? Alcadias Lord of LIGHT is being used in a wind card...I disapprove lol. As for the card effect Yay now you can still do Icarus attack without getting hit by Starlight Road.

Siren Call: There should be a once per turn clause in that first effect.

I like the wind set very great. I will say that [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Winged_Sage_Falcos"]Winged Sage Falcos [/url] was bouncing way before Raiza came on the scene lol

Winged Sage Falcos never even got played TBH. I didn't know it existed till like 2 weeks ago.
Both was supposed to be all, my bad. And it keeps the attack over many turns. If you have a raiza it could easily be at 4800 by turn 2.
Not exactly getting why to put a once per turn on the Siren's Call. Its mandatory trigger, not ignition, you know.
