newhat
To use its first effect, you'd need to spend 3 monsters, all of which would have to be Level 1. To use its second effect for a +2 from the Graveyard, you'd need 4 other Synchro Monsters in the Graveyard. Since you can substitute it for a named non-Tuner Material (at least that's what I think "specific" means), you can use it for Stardust Dragon in monsters that need it, but what would be the point? It uses lots of resources.
Love of Ghibli
So its for...spore+ dandytokens...seems oddly specific even if it is for synchro decks. I think going for formula and Librarian is still more of a enticing option.
FTW (For The Wynn)
On the positive side of things, you have a decent image, creative concept, and such. However, in a critique, it is more important to focus on what can be improved. First off, this card is virtually unplayable. 3 Level 1 monsters, and 1 of them has to be a Tuner, meaning that they at least 1 of them has to be a different monster from the other two. You can get a Rank 1 Xyz with 3 material out easier than this, and it is difficult to play them. Next, there is the fact that it is Level 3. A Level 3 Synchro Tuner that is easy to summon still only has potential in a T.G. deck and nothing else. You can't summon Shooting Star Dragon with it without added help, and there is no other card in this thread to suggest another use for it. So, effectively, all it can summon are T.G. Halberd Cannon and Shooting Quasar Dragon (not counting your average Synchro Monster and just treating this as a Tuner monster). Finally, we come to the effect. It's an interesting idea, but only useful in a deck that Synchro Summons a lot. And even then, as previously mentioned, Formula + Librarian > this solely because it is faster and lower maintenance. The biggest problem I have with it is the fact that it is Level 3. This makes it useless to summon Shooting Star Dragon and almost useless to summon T.G. Blade Blaster. There are no Level 7 Synchros that I remember in T.G.s (I may be mistaken here though, so if I am, feel free to berate me here and then disregard the issue with Blade Blaster). As it stands right now, it doesn't really have practical use. The summoning part makes the first part of the effect seem almost pointless, since it would most likely be easier to use say Plaguespreader Zombie to bring out Doomkaiser Dragon. Or Junk Synchron to bring out Junk Warrior.
