First; Why Light? it's the guardian of hell, then the tokens, all of them are names of devils, yet they're LIGHT monsters, very intriguing.

Anyway, the artwork was nice, i can see the relationship between the artwork and the effect.

For the lore,
The summoning condition is fine and decent.
the last part is so OP'ed. Why?

-just imagine splashing this to a LS deck.
and
-This is a very convenient way of performing an OTK, just by intentionally blowing the field while this card is on your side, you can instantly win.

I recommend that you change the part

[background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard[/background]

to

[background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by your opponent's card[/background]

I think this could balance him of a little bit.

If the discard effect is to give it synergy with Dark World monsters, you should change the wording. Currently, the discard is a cost, and therefor will not activate Dark World effects. However, if that wasn't your intention, then the card is great. Good for swarming and filling your graveyard. I can see this playing well with Lightsworns, dragons, or even chaos

A few things that might improve this card:

Right now I'm assuming that when you say "discard" you are referring to discarding from your hand? You may wish to add "from your hand" for clarification. And as has already been mentioned, discarding monsters with a total level of 11 may be a bit too easy. Maybe specify 3 monsters with a total level of exactly 11, or something along those lines to make it harder to accomplish.

One thing that would make this card less OP'd is if, instead of just "When this card is destroyed", you changed it to "When this card is destroyed by battle" or "When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect", whichever you prefer. However, this card would most likely be destroyed by a card effect as opposed to battle, so choosing "When this card is destroyed by battle" would help balance this card the most, by decreasing the likelihood of the effect in question being activated. Does that make sense? Or if you decide to change it to "When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect", making the card type more specific (Counter Trap, Quick-Play Spell, etc.).

Other than that, I love the card art! And if you don't like Hell Guardian as a name, ancient mythology is always a great resource to find awesome demon names.
