I highly recommend watching your spelling, and your grammar. I suggest that if you want to use custom subtypes to add them under established TCG Archetypes, so your cards can still interact with other cards and their effects. Also, these cards should be unique and not have copies within the Deck, because they are named. I'll do you a 'solid' and make some recommendations here:

Bruce Banner: EARTH/500/500/4
[WARRIOR/Scientist]: Each turn place 1 Gamma Counter on this card (max 5). Remove 1 Counter to negate 1 attack. Tribute this card with 5 Counters to Special Summon "World War Hulk" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. Banish this card.

World War Hulk: LIGHT/2500/1000/8
[WARRIOR/Hulk] If your opponent targets this card for attack increase its ATK and DEF by 500; decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 500 every turn it is not targeted for attack until it reaches its original ATK and DEF. You can banish this card to Special Summon "Bruce Banner."

She-Hulk: LIGHT/2600/2300/8
[WARRIOR/Hulk] Each turn you can change the target of an attack or effect to "She-Hulk." Flip a coin; if your opponent calls it incorrectly, the attack or effect is negated.

Attack of the Hulks [Spell]
All monsters you control with "Hulk" in their name, or all HULK-types you control, gain 1000 ATK until the End of the Turn.

Savage She-Hulk: DARK/3000/2500/9
[WARRIOR/Hulk] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing 2 Level 8 or higher HULK-types you control. This card cannot be targeted if you control "Savage Hulk."

Savage Hulk: DARK/4000/2000/10
[WARRIOR/Hulk] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing 3 Level 8 or higher HULK-types you control. This card cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap Cards' effects.

Who take away blanket immunity? Because it's overpowered. You also have to try to moderate your monsters' stats a bit better. While you have a good start, and there are plenty of Hulks you can use still, please do play attention to spelling and grammar.

Some more Hulks of whom I am aware are: Abomination; A-bomb; Red Hulk; Red She-Hulk; Grey Hulk.
