-Griffin
Ok so i'll use it to synchro since it doesn't say I can't.
Using what synchro engine? I don't know any that use Fiends to Summon from the top of my head. This is obviously Tour Guide fodder. It makes Nightmare, Roach, Mastroke, and a couple others. I think Nightmare is the main problem. This card is a total dead-draw, which is the main thing balancing it, but you'd only ever use 1/2 copies, probably 1, to get quick Nightmare plays for massive control early on. I don't like it, since its main target is outright annoying to be against. It just stagnates things and stops you getting your boss monsters by disabling the fodder. tl;dr: Probably close to balanced, don't see anything I like in the actual design. DARKPLANT RISING
It's one of those cards that's perfectly balanced, but doesn't have enough stuff worth noting to be actually ran. I would honestly run Night Assailant over this (which goes for pretty much everything else too). It isn't any good when SS-ed by Tour Guide, but it doesn't turn into an Assault Mode when you draw it. That's the point. Consistency. This thing doesn't have that, which is why it's balanced but wouldn't be used. An example of a card that's balanced but is ran is Swap Frog. Those sorts of stuff that are only to be used in a particular deck and are terrible outside, but are amazing in it are prolly the easiest to make and turn out overall best. Also, not 100% sure, but I don't think this thing's eff works with Tour Guide. Wording and stuff. I'm not sure, so ask someone else.
